I review handmade bath & body products and tell you about my soapy adventures. I am not a bath & body product expert in any way. I am simply an addict and here to give my take on it all.

Most of the products reviewed here are found on Etsy and some from indie shops. All of the products reviewed here have been purchased with my own money, unless otherwise stated. The photos of the products that appear on this blog have all been taken by me.
{the reviews}
I like to keep it simple - I give a little intro, tell you about the product and ingredients, and conclude with my final assessment. I do not give ratings, for I am not an expert and would not feel comfortable to go about assigning a number to a product. You may stumble upon some older reviews that have a lot more information, like appearance and shipping. I feel that doing a complete and lengthy review isn't necessary. Who wants to read a mile long review anyway? In keeping it simple, I can talk about what's important in a product with a bit of flexibility while also keeping it consistent.
Also, a note on my lip balm reviews - I usually don't tend to taste my lip balms. Many balms are flavored with lip safe fragrance oils and not meant to add actual flavor. Some shops add sweetener to give a sweet taste to the balms, which can also trick the mind into thinking it is tasting the actual flavor rather than just combining the sweet taste and scent of the flavor oils. However, even if the balm is sweetened, I don't tend to notice. I don't often lick my lips, especially when lip balm is involved for then I feel even less of a need to do so. With that being said, when I describe the flavors of lip balms in my reviews, I am really describing the scent. So, if you're looking to my reviews for sweet tasting balms, I probably won't be able to tell you because I wouldn't notice myself!
